On August 26th, 2018 Wrest / Leviathan announced that he's parting ways with Ascension Monuments Media for reasons on which he did not wish to further elaborate, reasons which I am sure we all understand perfectly fine regardless. So does this release even exist, aside from those 'cool DIY flare' pictures on the AMM webstore? Did anyone actually receive it? Do you guys expect Blake and Jef to happily sit together and sign your intentionally high quality posters while congratulating themselves on another successful business venture after all?Also, there's a vinyl version planned with a scheduled release date of October 1st. That is tomorrow. As you'd expect, it is not available from the current AMM webstore, in fact it's not even listed. However, it is still listed at Bandcamp where you are no longer allowed to actually purchase their physical releases since AMM lost their seller privileges months ago due to not fulfilling orders. If I would assume that the chances of that vinyl record actually materializing (not just tomorrow, but ever) are practically zero at this point, my presumption wouldn't be too far off, now would it?

I did get all my items as described. In fact they upgraded my vinyl color to the limited red on the Leviathan - Unfailing Fall Into Naught release as a 'sorry' according to the person I spoke with through email. As for writing them several times, it not the first time I've had to do that for stuff ordered on line. Just the first time I had to do it for this label. The reason for my post was just to say that I did receive this CD with all that was promised (minus the Wrest signature) and that I had to contact the label several times to make it happen. Just a way of suggesting trying to contact the label before filing a paypal claim and see if the results were different. Since then I have read more of this ongoing saga and it seems I may be one of the few who actually received it. Sorry to hear that, I'm genuinely sorry for those who were ripped off. Seems I may be one of them also as I ordered the vinyl version of this. I have a feeling no amount of emails will make that happen. Oh well. I knew I took a chance on ordering anything from a guy with his reputation. Price I pay I guess. Live and learn.

To be honest this is all news to me as I doubt really don't follow the 'metal media' sites. I knew of his past troubles. But was willing to give him a second chance. I've been ordering stuff from AMM for some time and never had any problems until this last order. But as I said, I contacted the label and my stuff arrived shortly after, and the quality isn't as bad as you are making it out to be. The music was what really mattered. I knew of Jef's split with the label, but did not know that he was not supporting this release. Had I known maybe I wouldn't have purchased it. His material was really the only thing I was purchasing from AMM. So since he's gone can't say I have much use for the label.

@musickfreeck: Well, it might be worth noting that this is considered an unofficial release. Wrest has yet to receive artist copies of earlier Leviathan records and he stated he requested for this split to be cancelled after leaving the label a good while ago. I received my copy. No Wrest did not sign the poster. But that's not why I bought it. I simply contacted them about my order. It took a few try's but when they contacted me they were very sorry and explained the situation. Then my stuff arrived days later. I personally have had no problems with AMM.

There were delays due to the circus regarding the Judas Iscariot LP's, and we've been busy dealing with professionals who are going to help clear us of wrong doing in said-circus, which is underway behind the scenes now. A new and extremely secure / independently hosted / thorough website and store for the label is already built and we're just adding the final content and uploading products now. We've continued shipping orders (despite nearly being bankrupted as the result of our problems with Bandcamp, which go way deeper / have numerous other causes beyond your speculative comment of "AMM lost their seller privileges months ago due to not fulfilling order", that's completely inaccurate and we've never stopped filling orders.
