Nice track with a hint of house piano to modernize this Disco track and yet not lose its originality.

Marilace

This track probably appeals more to the House Music fan who arrived here via the Disco sound of the early eighties. It is a cover version of OMNI's 'Out Of My Hands' which came out in 1981 on Fountain records. To call this a cover version is probably a slight understatement as both songs are pratically the same. What Frankie Knuckles does here is slight but potent. He removes part of what made the original sound dated and adds a stronger kick drum, but don't miss understand, this is still a Disco song. Full of sweet vocals, high hats and hand claps, which are on the dubbier side of things. A fantastic record but just not what you might expect from a Chicago House label in 1987.
