Quick two cents here, as I got this one from a leftover sale. Very good package all around, virtually quiet on both sides with a few crackles on Disk Two; Disk One is a tad warped, but it didn't affect the quality of the sound. Handsomely designed too, with official artworks from the game that I wished Mondo would practice in their own Konami releases (or pressed as well). How sad that this is only tangible release of Snatcher of any kind that I'm able to get legally, but at least I'll enjoy some of the music and imagine what it's like to play it.

'The 90's just called, they want their SEGA! back.'Ship To Shore's release of the soundtrack to "SNATCHER" is my 2nd release I have from the label (after Mother 2). If this release is anything to go by, their quality is starting to improve abit.So right off the bat, the jacket looks great. The inner sleeves have no rips or tears along the seams. The printed inserts are of high quality, no complaints from them whatsoever (okay, maybe they're kinda hard to get back into the jacket). The records themselves are pressed pretty well. No noticeable scuffs or damage to the record. The tricolor effect looks nicely done. And of course, the audio sounds great. Some things I noticed however, the surface noise on this release is noticeably louder then most records. It's not going to ruin your listening experience but you'll notice it when you drop the needle, and probably could have been cleaner. Also, I don't know if it's me but some of the fadeouts on these tracks sound abit weird like they suddenly just drop off. Also a minor thing, but it's a pain in the butt getting the record sleeves back into the jacket. I keep the shrinkwrap attached to my jackets and naturally with the inserts also in there, it's a little scary trying to get the sleeve back in without damaging something.Overall, a nice job on this cult classic. You probably didn't need me to tell you it's worth the retail purchase price, and if you're a Snatcher or Kojima fan, you probably bought several copies months in advance anyway. But if you do want a copy, you may want to get it soon before they all end up on the third-party market.
