Played this to death back in the days, and till today still sounds like nothing else.. a timeless gem!I just wish Chris Carrier & Guillaume La Tortue (i'm still curious about what happened to him?) could make music like this again, they were really on top of their game back in 2001/2002.

Yes this is truly something else. Got into Adult Only around 2000. Got the two mix cd's and the second volume contained this gem. It hit me instantly and unforgettably. Classic.

I've also discovered Liquid on di.fm, also around 2006. Never heard it anywhere else, let it be other radios, gigs, whatever. Believe me, I did my homework about deep house, but I honestly don't know how can something sound so great. Totally unique.

This is one of the best Deep House tracks i have come across. Initially discovered it when it was playing online radio (di.fm )in 2005/2006 and immediate fell in love with it. This is the type of track that is always ever green, and never gets old! I hope that the producers release some more quality tracks similar.Absolutely love it! Grab it now!

"Liquid" uses the vocals of "Dream 2 Science – My Love Turns To Liquid" (1990).

Yea, Liquid... the most liquid foot taping funk infused rhytmic backdrop from Christopher Carrier. Since 2006 the track started to grow on me, i'm having no clue when will it end, never heard it on dancefloor, however having it in 12" is probably better than in wave audio riped from it, all in all i must say, Liquid still stands on my 3 place podium of Deep Underground House, in categories such as priceless dancefroor hits.

'Liquid' is one of the most beautiful deep housers that I'm aware of. A perfect blend of smooth disco-esque rhythm arrangements and deep melodic chords. I suppose the first time I heard this was on Lee Burridge's GU mix CD and it took a while to find a copy since this wasn't a hit on any level. But I'd dare to say you have to be deft not to notice its divine beauty. Timeless deep house, so it's not too late to grab a copy.

After almost a year, this one is still in my box when I gig. "Liquid" is a flowing, super-deep tech-house cut with lush pads, sexy vocal snippets and a quirky little bassline. An excellent opener or closer. "One" is a more dancefloor-friendly dubby number with some nasty synth stabs. Top tunes on both sides.
