The best of the best 90' Acid Techno! Absolute classic!

Playing this record on 45rpm is a total non sense. This is one of the best techno/acid records ever produced and you can't rape it. Can't stand that sort of free tekkkno posse just speeding up records, play some of the rotterdam stuff if you wanna play fast beats for F*** sake

What a pack ... Just to say , this release also plays fine 45rpm ( like a lot of Mr Birken's release )

-Was it that long ago..This double pack came about while learning to use my newly acquired novation bass station rack synth. Having the ability to midi sequence the SH-101 and novation over the 202 opened up many of the grooves since I would just jam for a few hours over each track and find which sequences seemed to work before tightening up the editing. The tracks themselves were done in the same manner of the live sets I was playing, just cutting stuff in and out on the fly and jumping through patterns while trying to make it sound somewhat sensible. It became a nice contrast of rigid machine grooves and more free-flowing synth lines to my ears. Hard to believe it's such a "sought after" release, but I still drag my single copy out to play once and awhile. Side note: Still haven't been sued for those clips from the six million dollar man and star treak on the inside "filler".

Paul's entire old catalogue is free on his Bandcamp.

I would like to see these re released as white label double packs or bootlegged /dubplated- so the rest of us can play them out!.
