Despite being a pressing from Barbados, the cover is probably printed/manufactured in the USA, as it looks exactly the same as the USA release, apart from having a stiker with "This record was made in Barbados by West Indies Records LTD" printed on it.
The vinyl has the same matrix number, as the USA pressing, etched on to the runout plus an additional code "A-2-5RM-1-1159 RE". This suggests that it could be a slightly later pressing as "RE" may well denote that it's a reissue.
