This was the Plasmatics' 9th anniversary album.The album is part music, part narrative (telling a horror story).
The LP has four visible tracks on each side. On the B-side Brain Dead is numbered as track 1 on the label and is the second visible track on the vinyl. The two narratives at the start of side B are not numbered at all but come before track 1 on the label.
