I love this CD. Maggie gave it to me way back in 1994 when I was doing a WFMU radio show and bringing the station onto the Internet. She was a very nice person and a real talent. Her style of rhythm, word, and poetry ties the beat generation with mosh-pit anger. This was at the same time Princess Superstar was stepping out and I think Maggie is similar without the sampling. The CD is really worthy of a collection.

WFMU!I grew up on Staten Island. When I was in high school (90-94) WFMU was one of the few good radio stations around, and one of the very few media outlets good for finding new, quality music. Don't live in NYC anymore, but I imagine the radio scene there has only gotten worse.
