As with most contemporary WEA records, all manufacturing was done in Germany.'Dutch version' only by virtue of the STEMRA rights society stamp on the labels, where the German market edition has GEMA (see http://www.localhost/Cars-Candy-O/release/4742197). The matrix number are exactly the same for both.
Nice return to the classic 'butterfly' label for these first pressings.
