This song was originally produced by Witty. He did several songs in NYC with Shabba ('Love Punanny Bad', 'Punanny Full Me Head', 'No Boogarism'). Listen to the original... about half way through the song Shabba says, "Producer Witty him no pum pum coward"... but on the Jammy$ release, he cut out the "Producer Witty" and just left "... ... him no pum pum coward". I thought the Witty 12" was release in 1988, so unless i'm wrong and it was released in 1987 too, then i'm not understanding how an edited version was release earlier than the original. I have several older Jammy$ 45s (Obeah Wedding, Wear Your Size...) and they have the dates stamped in a different font than the rest of the text on the right and are like;(P) 1987(C) 1987not;(P) (C) 1987
