Notes
The first edition of 500 copies came packaged in a custom made wooden slipcase (13.8 x 13.5 x 0.9 cm), printed in black on the front, sealed with "Kinderspielgeld" (kids toy money). The middle of the box features an italian L500 coin in silver and copper (not necessarily the metal, but the colour) embodied in the wood.The CD is packaged in a slim paper slipjacket that is printed green and black on one side.
A later re-issue didn't feature the coin, but a plain wooden packaging.
