The three-o-three break down of my musical life is simple. Very much so. The first four spots are occupied by the obvious ones; Solar Quest (x2), Plastikman's remix of System 7's "Alpha Wave" and Public Energy's immortal ode to the silver box. The fifth one is the ugly duckling. Pete Skank. Who he? The lad who ordered you to stay in bed forever.Stay In Bed Forever has the most turbulent, disturbing and tempestous acid laden build up ever. It's like a ten minute barrage of squelching 303s topping each other for no apparent reason but to piss you off. In a good way that is. Your record player is epileptic and there's nothing you can do about it. The pace is obnoxious, in a good way too. It's just too hectic for acid trance or acid techno sets. Unless you preceed it, and then follow up with some other Skank material as well. This tune is just too much too handle. Whichever segment you decide to single out and focus on, it just baffles your skull with magnitude and sheer ballsiness. This is the equivalent of a S.U.F. record on steroids doing victory laps around the London Bridge during a hail storm.Just when you were under the illusion that you have made it out alive, the B side begins. E.T. Likes LSD sounds exactly as its title might suggest, as odd as it may seem. Now, most acid driven tracks are obviously forged to please the demeted dance floor, but this one, now this one aims at the the demented individual. This beast peels off layer upon layer of deeply corroded acid, dropping segment after segment of intricate psychedelia and unbelievably twisted leads all composed with the Roland TB-303 synth. It's acidic nervous break down toppled by yet another acidic nervous breakdown. Best of all, this one is - pace wise - a striking opposite of the A side. Comfortably residing in the mid tempo zone, it unleashes its energy through ridiculously harsh strikes of acid, and the combo is as demented as any I've come across. Psychedelic rock without the instruments. That even possible? Give it a try, and hear for yourself.

Hahaha, that line about "a SUF record on steroids doing victory laps around London Bridge during a hail storm" will stick with me, and it's so true.Great review, man. I enjoyed reading that. Cheers. :)

Pete's acid releases were of a shade all his own. His tracks from this period were mostly wicked, evil acid core with no apologies. That said, the B-side of this record is a notable exception, as it's sort of otherworldly, tripped-out acid techno, very downtempo by Skank standards. Still, it's a cool little number if you like psychedelic acid music.

Stay in bed forever ….... I think this is comparing the SUF label .. Anyway as others say here its awesome acid power ! And really is a must have for 303 freaks. Unforgettable lines of depravity ;)

Stay In Bed Forever gets my vote for the most insane, epic orgy of turbo-charged, shrieking 303s EVER. If you haven't heard this, you don't know how hard, destructive brainbending and simultaneously uplifting acid music can be.

This record is a fucking bomb. Two superb tracks, especially "Stay In Bed Forever". This track is just building and building to make everyone break the dancefloor. Acidcore !!! ET Likes Lsd is a nice acid track, slower and more on the trippy way. Acid !!! A must have record ! I love it
