Available from http://athleticarms.bandcamp.com/Volume 3 is the final part in the original AA CD-R Series (tracks 1 – 7). This edition comes with six bonus tracks, three outtakes from the period + three live tracks from a show at Kuudes Linja in November 2006.
Bonus tracks:
– "This Just Won't Do (Soft)" was recorded at Arabia, Helsinki, in April 2006.
– "Force Field #1" is a short interlude recorded at the AA rehearsal space in Spring 2007.
– "Distress (Quiet Version)" was recorded during the same session as "A Farewell To Athletic Arms" in Spring 2007 at Master Recording Studio, Helsinki.
