Tracks 01 to 03, 06 to 12, 14 to 16, plus 18, 21 & 23 originally appeared on the U.S. version of 'I'm Really Fucked Now'; a multi-format set comprising an LP, CD, cassette, and a 7 inch all containing different material — about 3 hours of total rock. The songs appearing here are the ones we were most satisfied with. 'With All the Angels' and 'Be My Tree' had some guitar and backing vocal pans added and were remixed in June 1991 for this version cause we thought they were a little lacklustre on the original. The 'I'm Really Fucked Now' material was recorded in Fall 1989/Winter 1990, and first released by Scat Records in April 1990 (SCAT SIX).

Track 23, 'Then She Prayed' was also released as a 7 inch single by Rubber Records in 1991 with the b-side 'Little Pink Ribbons' (RUB012).

Tracks 04 & 19 are from the 'Spoo' 7 inch single, which was released by Estrus Records in April 1991 (ES711). Recorded in Fall 1990.

Tracks 05 & 17 are from the 'Della Street' EP, which was released by Scat Records in September 1991 (SCAT 23). Recorded Winter 1991.

Tracks 13 & 20 are from the 'Almost Christmas' 7 inch single, which was released by Scat Records in November 1990 (SCAT 11). Recorded Summer 1990, however 'Hell, Hell, Hell' was re-recorded for the Rubber Records release "cuz the original version was too muddy and didn't rock enough".

Track 22 was issued later in 1991 on the 'Someone Else's Car' 7 inch single, which was released by Sympathy for the Record Industry with 'Hairball' and 'Where She Goes' as the b-sides (SFTRI 124).
