All songs were recorded in Berlin between April and August 2010.
'Sailor's Notes' was originally on the album 'We Could Have, We Should Have, We Didn't' and an early mix of this version was recorded for the Stranger Songs compilation 'So Bracing'.
'Song For A Coalman' was written for the Groninger Museum as a response to the painting 'Twee Mannen In De Sneeuw, Komend Uit Een Café Aan Het Boterdiep' by Jan Wigers and at the request of Lotte de Jong.
The photograph used on the cover is from the National Museum of Health and Medicine. Other images found uncredited.
All songs copyright 2010.
