Khiceog
Holy shit! This has to be the best sounding record I've gotten from Drastic Plastic yet. I opted for the white/blue color wax version and let me tell you this record will pretty much lay to rest any rumor that colored vinyl is inferior. The sound on this is phenomenal. The guitar really wails, cuts through the room. The bass is full and warm and really pounds. The drums are crisp, clear and present. The balance is perfect. The parts of acoustic strumming and picking are bright and glorious. The sound is so thick it's ridiculous, it really pulls you in. Sounds like a live performance at times, the music climbs out of the sprakers into the room, the vocals sound super close up and intimate on "The Empty Bed". I think this is my most favorite record I own at this point.
