John Haughm of Agalloch asserted that the 2011 Grau releases are not licensed and therefore bootlegs, not endorsed by the band. This claim is not legally substantiated, as The End Records did in fact have a licensing agreement Grau.

As for the categorization as »Unofficial«, there are different infos. While Agalloch have stated that this release is not official, because the license had already expired, prophecy.de is still selling this and told me that there had indeed been an issue between Agalloch and Grau Records, but that it has been resolved.
