A deliberate parody of the 1950's American crooner style, with a touch of Eurodance. One of the last "interesting" titles I own in this style of music, which at the time (1996), was going bankrupt. "Ridin'" is not to be taken seriously: as soon as you see the cover of this single or the flashy video, you know the whole thing is just a joke. Track number two is a beatless, easy listening take of the song (as the title indicates). Ferry & Garnefski Taekwood mix is a high BPM Techno version with filters around the end. The Capricorn version is more House oriented, with not much elements kept from the original. The single closes with the extended club mix, which is yet the best version for the dancefloor.
