Badly documented collection offering tracks of varying origin.
All the selections sung by Joe Williams on disc one have been taken from the 1956 Savoy Records release Joe Williams - Sings Everyday. Although Joe Williams was the regular singer with The Count Basie Orchestra in those days, this solo-effort featured a different backing band.
The undocumented singers on disc two most probably are: Jimmy Rushing (tracks 2-1, 2-14) , Helen Humes (tracks 2-4, 2-10) & Joe Williams (track 2-16)
