I agree with the below and may I add my own thoughts; The Ashley Beedle Mahavisnu mixes are timeless, sublime and so so damn funky (in the right way) and beautiful and dare I say it, even a bit pop but good pop music is good music. I suppose it is deep house but could be played by so many djs across the board. To my ears, it's just happy, uplifting, classy dance music. A bonfide CLASSIC!!!

Ashley Beedle's Mahavishnu Remix is magnificent. This is a fantastic record that is a great set starter or finisher. Its one of those records that has been talked enough this decade to really be seen as a highlight for deep house. Certainly one I would always want to revisit again.

Flower

Very funky and groovy bass line, beautiful strings and pianos topped with heavenly female vocals really does it. Mahavishnu Remix is a universal house track and an essential for every DJ. Goes very well for a set starter, but true players spin this for encore and blows the dance floor. Get it! "Just before I go to sleep There's a rendez-vous I keep And, my darling, till we do You are always in my heart" Magic!
