These are the top ten winners in a West Midlands based unsigned band competition (NODDY HOLDER from Slade was one of the judges!). Mix of synth pop (Kimber) and new wave with a couple of rock/metal tracks (BROKEN ENGLISH and WILD ROSE). Details of the competition are on the reverse sleeve and include a list of all the bands that took part and did not make it to the album.Kimber went on to record as Sotto Voce (Dreams (One Night), Higher & Higher, Happy People, Big Piano, Rome) and Inner Sanctum with the club hit "How Soon Is Now?".Kimber can be found on the 2010 collaboration with Hakan Ludvigson and Alan Prosser Re-Wired.
