The Knitting Factory release is purposelessly expanded to three discs. The highlights for me are "Just Like That," and "Teacher Don't Teach Me Nonsense." The energy of these two tracks is especially palpable, and the energy of the crowd fans the flames. The sound quality of the entire set is that of a decent bootleg, which is at first disappointing, but then the absolute quality of the performance makes technical questions moot. If you are not familiar with Fela Kuti, of course start your journey elsewhere among his many classics. If you are a fan, this is absolutely essential.
