Notes

Composed and developed during the period 1969-71, new realisations and revisions made in 2004 and 2008. All 2008-2009 recordings were made in the Dizzy Gillespie Digital Recording Studio and Roy O. Disney Recital Hall recording Studio at the Herb Alpert School of Music, California Institute of the Arts, and in the composer's personal studio.

Track 1-2 includes historical performance recordings from 1973, 1969 and 1970.

Track 1-5 includes historical performance recordings from 1979.

Track 2-1 features "double rock bands" PLOTZ! and DR. MiNT.
