Modimeena
Shit sound, noisy all over. Worst piece of vinyl ever produced? Could very well be.
Braendo
This pressing is yet another piece of shit. Bought 2 copies hoping the first was just fluke but both have a defect running through side A and elswhere which causes a scratch like pop. So sick of the lack of quality control by these cunting companies cashing in on vinyl. Oh and of course one of the two discs in both copies are warped. If you actually care about the quality of your vinyl, give this crap a big miss.
Bine
Tracks A4 and B1 are switched when compared with the printed track listing.
Hidden Winter
Is this release a digipak in a slipcase, the artwork looks to have the dimensions of a digipak.
Kison
is this a digipak in a slipcase, Discogs release doesn't say so, but the CD artwork on line I've found is for a Digipak
Marg
Gatefold sleeve and inners very thin and cheap. Inner sleeves were already split when I took album out of shrink.
Exellent
Rapture and white's ferry are definitely switched on my copy as well. Track listing is correct though. Strange, but a great sounding record.
Blackworm
Me too !!!! White's Ferry is on B1 on my copie !
Love Me
So far, my copy sounds great. Very nice. m/
Shazel
My copy plays "The Rapture of Riddley Walker" where "White's Ferry" should be and vice versa, Anybody else get that?
Hellmaster
Yup. I've gotten used to listening to it on a streaming service and that caught me off guard.
Arashitilar
Mine too!
Kagrel
Sometimes tracks have to be changed around due to time limits on a record side. Someone should change the tracks and add it to the notes
Steamy Ibis
Yup, same here
riki
Yes, mine is the same.
Abandoned Electrical
Wish I could test mine out to check it.
CONVERSE
Returned my copy to the store. Both discs were really noisy - one of the worst I've heard, actually. Anyone else got the same problem?
Phenade
Mine is noisy as hell. And I wish they'd spread the actual album across three sides and included fewer live tracks. Between the low levels due to the long running time and the surface noise, this release really is not that good. I imagine I'll be spinning my CD copy much more frequently. Color me disappointed.
RuTGamer
No surface noise apparent on mine whatsoever. Just picked up a new leftover stock copy from a local shop. The mix sounds a little weak compared to other artists' releases but it's right in line with the other Weathermaker releases I own. Not fantastic, but nowhere near what I'd consider "bad". Just sounds like nothing special was done for the mix to go from Digital/CD to Vinyl. I notice more frequency separation compared to Digital, but nothing for the dynamics.
mIni-Like
Did the cleaning make any difference?
Nicearad
Mine is the noisiest vinyl I own by far. I am going to have it cleaned on the VPI and we will see if that clears it up at all.
LeXXXuS
Mine sounds like dogshit unfortunately. Came on here to see if I was the only one. Guess not!
Gold as Heart
Mine seemed really noisy. Gave it a good cleaning and sounds pretty good now.
uspeh
I`ve got my RSD-Release Copy in Germany. Everything as stated here but I have a different Barcode: 86308002194. Is this a different version?
Yellow Judge
I bought mine in the UK. It has your barcode on the record but the 2569 one on a sticker over the top
