First reviewer is right.....this song doesn't really go anywhere. Great beat, but no payoff. Listen to Etnica's song "Tribute" if you want to hear a fully developed song in contrast to Orejuna. Orejuna begins to open up a bit after 4 minutes into an Etnica vibe, but this song is more like a rough draft that needs a few more layers to bring it together. A good rough draft. The sound and beat and atmosphere is here..........the song just never gets over the hump. Too bad, because some key main elements are in this song. No dis-respect intended for the Artist. I am a fan and Love some of the other releases by this artist.

Must be listening to a completely different release to maroko as I can find nothing to dislike in this release. In fact, it is exactly my kind of Goa. Cheesy? Not from where I'm sitting. Opinions are necessarily subjective but maroko is just so far wrong in his review that I really feel for the guys he has ridiculed. Love it!

Underhead's Orojuna runs on way beyond its welcome. It's an OK track, but it takes way too long to build, with not much to capture your attention in the process. But then again, the lead melody, while sounding heavily dated, partially rescues the track, although it all goes on for too long. After around seven minutes, there is the "compulsory" grand break down, followed by a build up consisting of the heavy lead, rising percussion and acid bleeps. It all comes around to a pretty effective, yet standard finale where you've been given something you have witnessed get done a thousand times before. While it is a good track, my opinion is that it would have been more effective if it didn't take more than seven minutes for the music to really take off. MK-Ultra decapitated my mood. And my speaker system. Ouverture is luckily only a three minute piece of pointless ambience with vague percussion (read: regular skip), which doesn't last long enough to really grab you, so I don't really see the point here. Shivarathri is a cheese factory like no other you have encountered. I mean, if that lead melody hasn't been stolen from the end titles theme from the Nintdo version of Fifa '93, then I don't know what. It actually gets worse. At 04:30 there is something which to me sounds like an attempt of creating freely floating melodies. So is my body. Freely floating while being hung feet up head down, that is. God, I avoid being negative in my comments, but these MK guys ought to riddle their studio with AK-47 shots, on the double please. Worth giving a shot only for the Underhead tune, if for nothing else, then because this vinyl is the only place where you can find it. But, will the world come down tumbling on your dread locks if you somehow manage not getting your hands on this? The answer is: hell no it won't.

Whatever you say man. I have this record since when it came out and played it many times on gigs throughout europe. All tracks are fantastic. If you know how to DJ, then this record is a gem for your collection.
