This issue has been released to support the program 'Trigger Happy' on the Belgian commercial TV Channel Kanaal II. The program is mainly based on hidden camera jokes and humour. Sometimes very absurd.
As a German company had the rights on the name 'Trigger Happy' the makers of the Belgian version changed the name to 'Tragger Hippy' for the second season and 'Hagger Trippy' for the third season.
