Lbe
This is not a noise release, to say the least. Mostly, the album imitates the Cocteau Twins, adding occasional touches of shoegazer distortion to pop songs that are sometimes melancholy, sometimes playful, but generally downbeat. The album's greatest weakness is in the thin, flat, breathy vocals, which ruin an otherwise pleasant, if derivative, listening experience.Edit: to anyone wondering, this album's style description originally included "noise." It's been subsequently and accurately removed.
