"and jack" sounds like its sampling Harvey Mason "Groovin you" (1979) https://www.discogs.com/Harvey-Mason-Groovin-You/release/131481

Problem Kids = Rocky (Rocky and Diesel / X Press 2 / Ballistic Brothers) and Mark Wilkinson who has releases on Jus Trax and Paper Recordings amongst his back catalogue. This record is pretty straightforward dancefloor material. "And Jack" is a driving relentless groove with a looped bassline lifted from Crown Heights Affair - You Gave Me Love. "Do or Dance" is more of the same formula. I hope that doesnt sound negative though, as its a formula that works very, very well in a dark and sweaty club about 1am. Quality release on seminal house music label. Currently listed on Discogs for the ridiculously low price of £1. Go buy.
