One of the best albums Nils Lofgren made, I guess. Of course the general public was treated to the single release of 'Shine Silently' (wich was quite a hit in a few countries), but most of the tracks are not to be missed either. 'Baltimore', for instance, is quite an atmospheric song, just like 'A Fool Like Me', with a great sax solo by David Sanborne.Unfortunetely no undamaged master tape seemed to be available for this digital remaster. Some dropouts occur quite notably, but the quality of the music compensates for that. Considering the fact that a lot of tapes from the late 70's era suffered from the 'sticky tape' syndrome, no clean master tape could be available anymore. The engineer, remastering this production deed a good job, though.Four stars out of five rating.MS
