Watikalate
I suppose not many people are into this album, because I have not found much in-depth discussion about it on the internet. I found it to be quite good taking into consideration the time period when it was recorded. A hidden gem for fans. I have listened to it several times over. There are many good hard rocking songs on this album. Now to the vinyl pressings: I ended up with 2 different Wooden Nickel pressings of this album. I am no expert by far, but from my observances, BXL 1-0287 may be a second pressing. I also have BWL 1-0287. Both albums are Sterling pressed vinyl. In the dead wax area, the BXL copy has BWL 1-0287 with the "W" scratched through and an "X" added above it. Other differences noted: BWL has what seems to be a more correct label orientation having the Buffalo Nickel Indian head printed with "Heads" and the Buffalo side with "Tails", whereas BXL is the opposite ("Tails" is written on the Indian Head print side of the label). One other difference was, on the rear of the album cover, the BXL version has a Wooden Nickel crest on the upper right hand corner and "RE2" on the lower left hand corner.
