Terrible surface noise on my copy. Firstly I was pretty disappointed the European version was just clear with some slight murky coloration and not the full blown splatter version that was on the promo imagesFor the US release. But upon listening there are visible defects from the crap murky clear pressing that you can see in the light and totally overpower the music on almost all tracks. Terrible quality control from Sub Pop here. I’m wondering if the slight murky clear pressing for Europe was on purpose or if they are just all the poor splatter pressings that didn’t work. Album is a 9/10, 2/10 for the pressing. Moody atmospheric music like this needs a pristine pressing.
