Maybe?! Hahaha, of course the structure is a tad different, it's a reductionist approach, but it's so obviously sampled from the Liars track - the sounds are exactly the same, and come on, the atmosphere is exactly the same, it adds nothing new to the original, it's just some loose unremarkable beats at the same tempo thrown over the intro of the original.

The B1!! THE B1! This track is a snarling mass of deep black techno badassness coming at you full tilt. This track is what happens when a producer gets the percussion done perfectly. My god!!!
