The Patrick Cowley mega mix sounds to me like it was made by Peter Slaghuis. He was very active releasing unofficial mixes around that time (1986).

I think this was releases in the 90s due to the mixing style. I also think this is a bootleg, an unofficial release and not a promo because the matrix nummer van not be linked tot any commercial label as far as know...

This is a mix on both sides, nicely mixed by an unkwown DJ. He or she used in the Patrick Cowley mix a tiny piece of about 2-3 minuten which was taken from an old mix from the beginning of the 80`s, I will find out from which mix this tiny part was taken... Anyway, as a great Cowley fan I really love this rare release!
