Mustard Forgotten
One of the finer progressive trance releases of the mid 2000s, featuring vocalist Ashley Tomberlin, you have two great picks to choose from on either side of the record. The A side has the uptempo peak-time trance remix by Funabashi presents Tom Porcell. The slick, sexy vocal is indeed luring, and when backed by Porcell's ability to ramp up the energy with soaring synths and a slamming bass backbeat, turns the A side into a bonafide trance classic. The B side is a slower paced remix by Gift, and retains much of the sexy vocal track from the flip side, but a little more subdued with more emphasis on the cutting bass line. Still, a few years ahead of their time, either of the remixes sound fresh compared to their contemporaries.
