If you are in a moment where you can truly sit down and listen and have the proper equipment these sounds are extremely satisfying.

For me, the collaboration between these two artists have produced a magnificent output, quite unnerving and mysterious music, with a sense of mysticism and a deep and hypnotic quality. In terms of the release itself, certainly it's too austere and maybe it lacks some kind of insert or something textual or simply explanatory, although both the gatefold images and the pressing of the vinyls are great, corresponding the music excellence. In general terms, I am more than satisfied with this release.

Was pretty excited about this collaboration, I love Anika's solo work and Exploded View, & have a ton of Shackleton records which are all great. But man, this record is PAINFUL to listen to. Like a double album soundtrack to Victorian funeral, just awful.

This is an interesting project. It's disappointing that there is not a download code included. Also disappointing that there are no lyrics, album credits, etc. In fact, the only text is on one side of each LP with the tracklistings.
