best record of the 90's? worst quality pressing? record most deserving of a ltd. decent quality reissue?

The rumor is that this LP, which is one of the best Siltbreeze releases & a 90's psychedelic classic, has an unfortunate defect where every copy is a bit noisy. I've owned five copies now, and they have all been noisy in the same spots throughout. I've just come to accept the surface noise as I love the record unconditionally, but someone should really reissue it!

each of the five copies i've ever found do have generous surface noise during the first song and elsewhere on the record. i have come to accept it too. the record ought to reissued because it's basically the best record of the 1990's-period. an amazing statement by this collective and in my opinion the best album they created. i like the other albums very much but this one is an absolute masterpiece. why shouldn't everyone be able to own a copy? every time i've mentioned reissuing it to either tom from siltbreeze or mv it seems to illicit a vague acknowledgment that yes it would make sense. every time i play our store copy someone wants to buy it. then they catch on that it's fifty dollars and either walk away frowning or broke. yes someone needs to reissue this record. but wait, the new steve miller reissue is here.
