It's been 25 tears since the release of "從心愛你". Of all of Tracy's albums, this is probably the one I revisit the most. It flows very well from beginning to end with hardly any song worth skipping (OK maybe track #10 is a little jarring). This was Tracy's first release for Rock Records after her success at UFO. Unfortunately it was a commercial disaster. I blame the first single/MV "是否眞愛我" which seemed a little too cutesy for an established diva such as Tracy. If they marketed this project as a concept album which details the journey of a woman's life from childhood to maturity, perhaps more people would have given it a chance. Because there are some seriously mature songs on here that deal with emotions not often explored in Mandarin pop albums, for example "討你歡心", "手邊的咖啡" and "同在一個城市之中".I view this as the sister album to Sandy Lam's "夢了、瘋了、倦了". If you ignored this album when it was first released, maybe it's time to give it a listen!
