Recorded In England. Issued in Australia on First Stereo green label for World record club MONO flipback cover with the small "S" stereo sticker on the front . Early WRC releases in stereo used the mono jacket with a S sticker affixed. LP pressed at EMI Australia using stampers exactly the same as the first edition UK Gold and cream (-4 , -14). Released on 155g vinyl and in relatively limited numbers due to the fact WRC was a pre order mail catalogue, and stock was pressed according to catalogue orders for the year ahead. Interestingly this is on heavier vinyl than the OASD 477 retail pressing that was released in a full UK ASD 477 cover (see other pressing in master release).Cover art was a budget printed black and white art version of the UK ASD 477 cover of Rosalyn Tureck.
Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (D/862) - the mono version has "D-862" on beige 'strobe' label, while the stereo has "SD-862" on green 'strobe' label. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.
Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (18 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months.
