Mindfully minimal, interesting constructions of drama, bass, syncopation. Harkens to the Milli Plateu experiments of say the early 1990s to my mind, as well as the latter New York City Illbient Scene of the late 90s; also melds into the best of what was occurring in the early 2000s with Grime in the UK, and has echos of some the highlights of the ambient dub & the best dubsteppish post IDM/post drum N bass sounds from the MID 2000'S; thats a mouthful but thats sorta what seems to be all in here , yet sounds effortlessly nodded to with precision and organic, natural grace. Synthetic sounds can tend to hit you harshly in techno music, however it is perhaps fair to say that here they sound beautiful and very natural.
