With the rights society on the pictures of the labels saying BIEM/Gema clearly this is a European press?

i am still looking to buy an originsl USA copy of this lp but i cant...All of the sellers are from Europe and most of them think they own a US copy cause of the EMI america on the back cover.If you check inside all of these copies are from Europe...I want to know if this album ever been pressed in USA...?
