'This is one of my favourite appearances of David Bowie on TV. I had never seen a "Live By Request" before and I now believe I was missing out on some good stuff! This was filmed in 2002, after the release of "Heathen". Bowie performs a few tracks from his new album but also lots of old favourites like "Ziggy Stardust" and "Ashes to Ashes". However, what I enjoyed the most was his interaction with the callers and the host. There are quite a few jokes and we some mini-interviews between tracks, which fans of David Bowie are going to cherish. If you're a Bowie fan, you'll have to watch this. If you're not, it still makes fro an entertaining evening with lots of good music.'
