Hiylchis
Just a note to anyone who may be interested. I am an original member of the The Surf Knights listed above. The band was formed in 1965. Band members were Richard Wyatt (Vocals) Dean Cook (Bass & Vocals)) Gaston Robau (Lead Guitar) Tommy George (Rythum Guitar & Vocals) Paul Torres(Drums) The band existed for 3 years and was one of the most popular bands in the Texas Music scene during the 1960's. The band's name was changed to The Dream Machine in 1967 when they signed with Decca Records. They released "Houdini" in 1967 and toured with The Who on their 1 st American Tour as their opening act. By the way, I wrote the 2 songs listed above under Surf Knights and have never recieved any compensation. If you have any comments or questions, please go to www.deancookmusic.com Thanks, Dean Cook
