Just got my copy (#2070) and it just perfect...pressing dead center without clicks and pops, clear and superb sound.

I'm really surprised at the positive reviews for the blue vinyl version of this LP. I have seen/heard five copies of this album and all of them were terrible. Disc one side 2 was a repeat offender and was covered in non-fill. I didn't rate it at all. The music is superb (as is the film) but the pressing quality was abysmal; loads of clicks and scrapes. I would love to have had it on blue but it was just too scratchy.

I bought a copy on black vinyl and side a had an annoyingly high level of surface noise that could not be fixed with a cleaning. This is very unusual for a MoV pressing and I am not sure if it was just my copy or if they are all like that. Sides b, c, and d sounded perfect. I returned it and got the limited edition on blue vinyl which sounds much better. I highly recommend it.

Haven't seen the movie yet but listening to this Soundtrack, I have to say that I have to think of a space/sci-fi movie :) Will be interesting when I've seen the movie.However, good pressing! Though it's quite an ambient sound there are no pops and/or crackles.

I must say that the sound is very good. I really didn't expect anything great but i am positively surprised. I hope that normal black vinyl will also be at some point on the market - black is always better no matter what they say...

Great Pressing! Incroyable SOund (Music on vinyl is always good) !!! Blue vinyl, perfect copy, no noise, no clic Very clean. For black version, a friend have surface noise. So, I think that blue version is better than black version. Listen "SUpermarine" volume Max :-)
