Ynonno
Brilliant analog electronica with hints of Jean Michel Jarre's early works, Terry Reilly(minimalism), Wendy Carlos(I detect a bit of classical influence hence the comparison) and Roger Powells "Cosmic Furnace"(circa 1972 when he was a representative for ARP) era music. This is fully composed long form synthesizer music well conceived, major and minor chords fusing together on the aural carpet ride. Beautiful timbre's especially some of the bass growls on the first track. Lots of swirling rhythmic arpeggio's(I surmise there modular gear on this here recording!) to make any fan of kosmiche 70s electronica froth at the mouth.Again why is this NOT on a proper cd re-release? Yes its short but the music by all means stands on its own merit. Brilliant music always seems to take a backseat in the 45hp VW Bug until enough enthusiast discover its value and this oneis definitely a must have for analog synth music aficionado's!
