The name "Pogo" appears in the artist field of the file's metadata, although, on the website the name Pogo was not mentioned. Instead, all content featured on the website was released under the banner of "Nick Bertke".

On the download page the composer gave the following story as the inspiration for this creation:

"He hardly knew her. But as the fire grew outside in the dark, neither of them could resist it. It had [erupted] into an inferno on its own and they were over and under each other like animals, drawn together by a love that they couldn't explain. But then he left for reasons he himself now questions to this day.

This tune expresses his emotions."

Additionally, the composer notes that this work is "All 100% original.", suggesting that in contrast to his usual methodology, this composition contains no samples. However, despite this claim, the famous "Amen" drum break is sampled and used in the middle of the track, albeit briefly and subtly.
