Budar
"Ooh La La" has to be one of the very very few bad big beat songs ever recorded, along with "The Rockafeller Skank". I don't like the voice at all. However, in terms of general electronic music, it remains acceptable.Fortunately, "Start The Commotion" is here to proof that big beat ain't bad.Otherwise, "The Antidote" is pretty much a version with phatter hip-hop beats of "Executive Suite". We find again some old school samples used on a downtempo structure, like in "We Be The Crew".I especially adore the second half of "The Exectives". Pure chillin' atmosphere out there, and that resumes the biggest part of this second (and unfortunate last) production of DJ Touché (who worked alone on it after Regal's departure the previous year). This ain't a big beat standard album as many said, though it is a remarkable CD to own 20 years after its release.
