Yes - it's 'Born Into Slavery' by Tommie Young from https://www.discogs.com/Tommie-Young-Sings-Themes-FromA-Woman-Called-Moses-Music-By-Van-McCoy/release/1830348 - it was produced by Van McCoy (of 'The Hustle' fame). There are two versions on the album - a vocal and an instrumental which have beautifully woven together in this edit :)
