Swordsong
Found it by chance, I've been always fond of this compilation. Featuring two tracks from Fila Brazillia (both in their "Mess" album) and many others inspired by them, it is a pleasant journey through jazzy hip hop and some gentle drum n bass with some rarities that are quite wonderful: "Slow Pace" seems to me like the quintessencial trip hop tune, being a good companion to the Mad Doctor X fantastic danceable downtempo "I like my beats hard". The drum n bass part has nice mixes from Aquasky and Peshay, but I think the highlight here is the Fila Brazillia remix of "Stowing Air", keeping it to a minimum but managing to give it a sense of direction and an epic conclussion. Really recommended.EDIT: as a curiosity, the Peter Nice Trio "Flight of the Vulture" song is slowed down to 33rpm... kind of. Because the original, actually sounds speed up.
